Rotomoulding Process: As rotomoulding process LLDPE, HDPE, MDPE, Polythine, Powder are used. LLDPE Plastic Powder is placed inside a cold mould then start to rotate mould inside the heated oven and give heat as much that powder melts and distribute the inner surface of mould and become as one type coted. Now take out the mould outside from heated oven start cooling fan to cool mould during this cooling process keep rotate mould continue until the plastic become in solid form now open the mould & get your product ready to sale.
